Your my goals page should include the following subsections:

  • I have chosen to go into the major of Construction Management. I chose this major because my father is a carpenter who owns his own construction business. Ever since I can remember I was always on the jobsite doing something. (Even if it wasn’t actually working.) I have always had the love of the art that comes with constructing something. I enjoy the feeling when I can take a step back and see the progress that we had completed for those days of hard work.
  • I want to own my own construction business just like my father. However, I want to focus more on commercial properties because it will allow me to experience more opportunities. My major is helping because every Thursday Dr. Cabbage brings in a someone that works for a certain business, and they speak about all of the different things that need to be done for the project to be successful.
  • Courses Completed: List each course you have completed, with a short description of what you’ve learned in each one. You can also attach important artifacts of your learning for each course.
  • Future Courses: List each course you will likely be enrolling in over the next two semesters and what you hope to learn in each one.
