Final Presentation | CODES Presentation (Script) I used a Twitter api script to show how influencers and non influencers show their engagement and activity using twitter hashtags I made a table with the top 4 accounts with the pro tweets #Climateaction and #Climatewarming These accounts are verified and show their big platform following with United Nations having 16 million and News Now having 10 million followers which is easier for them to influence a bigger group of audience I found tweets with the top accounts using the pro hashtags that show them trying to spread a positive word such as United Nations talking about how important dedication of volunteers can truly make a difference These tables show the con hashtags such as #climatehysteris and #climate hoax with the top four accounts being individual people with a smaller platforms rather than the con hashtags being organizations I used this tweet using #climatehysteria talking about their point of view with science and explaining how theres unnecessary funding from the industry’s |
