(20%) Information literacy: 5A Defines the scope of research questions effectively and selects information cogently to express them.	I will be identifying research questions clearly and finding an answer for it. Identifying key terms and important information in research.	For article annotations, you will see the research questions I’ve come up with or highlights of the article I think are important and should be discussed more.	The article annotations will show either a clear question of the research of the article or will also show information I think is special and important.
(20%) Quantitative literacy: 10A Skillfully represents quantitative information.	Representing and writing papers showing the information in a skillfully neat way.	In my reflections, you will see how I identified information clearly and how I can encounter problems in research.	The reflections will show how I’m obtaining and learning this goal to achieve a good outcome on using information.
(20%) Ethnical Reasoning: 3A Identifies and analyzes their core beliefs and reflects upon their origin.	Identifying beliefs within a region and using that info to reflect on research.	In some reflections, you will see the analysis I’ve done to get a better understanding of the topic and beliefs it is talking about.	Evidence of reflections will show how I’m learning and how I’m using this goal to get a better analysis of the topic.
(20%) Critical and Creative Thinking: 2C Transforms ideas through synthesizing knowledge from multiple domains.	Using outside sources to help with a project/paper.	My portfolio will show documents of things that are helpful for certain papers.	Having a document of sources or terms will help me with creating useful and informational reflections and papers.
(20%) Collaboration: 12C Works independently towards goals and meeting deadlines.	Submitting my assignments on time and putting lot of effort working independently.	I will put screenshots of the dates my assignments were submitted to show how I worked hard to submit everything on time.	You will see how I worked independently to submit my assignments on time.

(30%) Oral communication 8A-C	Being able to communicate with my teammates and lab workers in a responsive formal way. Be a part of the team.	Photos will be interpreted into the portfolio of me being visually active and responsive in my group and lab work.	you will visually see me achieving the goal of putting my thoughts out there and being responsive to my group.
(20%) Critical and Creative Thinking: Transform ideas through synthesizing knowledge from multiple domains. 2C	Using the knowledge and ideas I’ve learned from last semester to imply them into this semesters research.	Proof of the knowledge and papers I’ve written/used last semester will be put in my portfolio for projects that needed it.	My portfolio and my activeness in the group will be shown to you as proof of using knowledge from last semesters work and implying them to what we are researching.
(20%) Ethnical Reasoning: 3 A-B	Recognizing ethnical issues in the garden and trying to resolve them with lab workers	Work will be put into my portfolio explaining the job our researchers and I had to do to identify the ethnic problems in the garden and how ethnic people used the plants.	You will actively see the work and effort I put into the research part and lab parts of trying to identify the ethnic problems and how ethnic people survived on using plants.
(10%) Information Literacy: 5A Defines the scope of research questions effectively and selects information cogently to address them.	Identifying questions clearly and defining key terms that are useful to research.	I will be adding key terms that are useful to our team and that can address problems clearly to our necessary knowledge document.	You will see the work and effort I put into adding key terms and new knowledge to the document.
(20%) Collaboration: 12C Works independently towards goals by contributing and meeting deadlines.	Working alone and submitting my SA and research on time.	Putting dates in my portfolio showing when I submitted an assignment will show how I work independently to finish things on time.	You will see the hard work I put into my research and submitting them on time.
