So far…

So far, during my semester conducting analysis and working together with my Codes 120 Cohort I was able to develop my interpersonal communication skills while working aside my peers. I have mostly enjoyed to process of having a space to express opinions and go over interesting topics with individuals with varying but still relatable opinions. One thing that I have struggled with up until now is expressing my opinions with others as I tend to be more of a listener, however, I hope over the period of this second semester I am able to more effectively communicate in that aspect so people are able to better understand where I am coming from. A personal goal I feel like I have met and have been able to maintain over the period of this semester is that I have been able to clearly and effectively articulate my reasoning and logic on assignments such as source analysis and in my writings.

Goal 1 (2c – 15%)

[“Transforms ideas through synthesizing knowledge from multiple domains”]

I chose my third source analysis to represent my progression in this goal as I believe that the part three, “analysis” section of this artifact signifies how I highlighted multiple factors that contributed to this one wicked problems.

Edits:

Goal 2 (3b – 25%)

[“Recognizes multi-layered ethical issues and the cross relationships among them”]

I chose SA three as my artifact for evidence of my progression in this goal. Throughout all three sections I highlight many key contributing factors that all have a substantial stake in the level of severity of the Wicked Problem.

Goal 3 (20% – 13c)

[“Uses language to skillfully communicate with clarity and fluency”

I chose SA 4 for evidence of my progression in the completion of this goal. I believe the entirety of this analysis accurately signifies this goal;

Goal 4 (8c – 25%)

[“Develops clear innovative central messages with significant supporting materials”]

Goal 5 (x%)

[include the text of goal 5 here]

[add an artifact or two here and a few sentences about how the artifact demonstrates your learning; you should talk about process. How did this assignment help you develop a new skill, push you to try something new? What might you do differently next time? Note that when you have a heavily weighted goal, you should include more than one artifact]
