I can share self-assessments or reflective journals documenting my self-evaluation and communication skills over time.	Examine given feedback from my assessments.
Problem Solving Skills [be able to identify and evaluate multiple approaches for solving problems]	To enhance my problem-solving skills, I would need to engage in diverse challenges and learn from different approaches	I can document specific incidents where I successfully identified and addressed problems.
