Introduction

Throughout the course of this semester, I have learned how to incorporate both better writing abilities and skillful analysis in my writings. One thing I have struggled with is truly understanding the writings for the Source Analyses. I would often spend hours rereading the writing and trying to find something to write. However, as the weeks went on, my writing skills improved, and the Source Analyses were no longer a problem for me.

Goal 1 (5%)

Skillful Writing

In my first Multimodal Composition, I showed my ability to use both images and text to create a piece of writing. This is a major improvement from earlier projects in the semester such as the photo essay assignment.

Goal 2 (20%)

Use of Proper Sources

Sharing New Information

In the past few weeks, I have been contributing more to in class discussions. Most of the time, the discussions I have been involved in have been about the Source Analyses.

I have shared many of my views or interpretations of pieces of literature throughout the second half of the semester.

Goal 5 (20%)

Delivering Speeches

In the last couple of weeks, I have presented early versions of my Research Team project with the community members, demonstrating how my speech skills have improved since the beginning of the semester.
