<\/figure>\n\n\n\nOn the Miro boards, my partner and I came up with different elements within poverty environments. This allowed me to realize there are many different outcomes of wicked problems. One thing I might do differently is add more than three thoughts.

I am offering to send my discussion questions over to my partner first,to help encourage her to do the same. One thing I might do differently is to reach out on email. <\/p>\n\n\n\n 12b : Facilitating collaborators\u2019 contributions by building upon their <\/p>\n\n\n\n contributions and noticing when someone is not participating and inviting them to <\/p>\n\n\n\n engage\/working effectively with others’ ideas and when others <\/p>\n\n\n\n are not giving ideas, making sure they know their thoughts matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Here I am reminding my classmates about assignments that are due and approaching. By doing this I am letting them know that their contribution in class and on their assignments matters.
