At the start of my freshman year, I was a sociology major, but I switched to public relations and a minor in sociology. I feel this is an opportunity to grow my career and grow as a person. The field is constantly evolving and changing, and I am excited to stay informed about the latest developments and to continue to learn about different perspectives and issues. I also believe that working in the public relations field will help me develop important skills such as communication, presentation skills, and media relations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I would like to work with companies on their ability to connect with people and appeal to the masses. because I believe that we are in a crucial moment in history where people are more aware than ever before of the inequalities that exist in our society, and I will try to incorporate this into PR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I’ve officially completed my first semester, and it was very interesting. I’ve gained friends, lost friends, and had many social experiences that I would’ve never had if I hadn’t gone to college. I am really interested in what next semester holds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
