I have learned so much in the little time I have been here such as learning new things and perfecting some things I already knew. I struggled in the beginning of this semester with not knowing how to study for my classes and not knowing how to format my papers. I think I&#8217;ve come a long way but still have a lot to go.  I have mostly enjoyed the friendships this school has gotten me and more specifically the friends the CODES program has introduced me to. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is currently the last week of classes for our fall semester. I can&#8217;t believe I have made it through the entire semester. I have learned a lot over the course of the 16 weeks I have been here. learned how to work with people, get out of my comfort zone, how to research and write papers effectively with scholarly knowledge. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"content-x\">(8 b.) Uses clear organizational patterns and is skillful at presenting content cohesively.&nbsp; (20%)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Before getting this assignment, I was very nervous because I have never been a very good videography person. Through this assignment I feel a little more confident in the way I present but I would still like to get better at it. As the semester goes on, I will have time to elaborate on my communications. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Digital Project #2 - Kyra Williams\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/vtz1GSgH5W4?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">(9b.) Constructs insightful problem statements with evidence of relevant factors.&nbsp; (20%)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The goal of constructing problem solving ideas have neem a struggle. But it is something I would like to continue to work on as I get more assignments and have time as the semester goes on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">(4a) Adapts and applies a deep understanding of multiple world views, experiences, and power structures while initiating meaningful interactions with other cultures to address significant global problems. (20%)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Though this technically isn&#8217;t a global problem but through my reflection #5 I was able to look at different experiences through music in this case. This assignment got me to look into how different genres of music can affect different people. I am planning on continuing working on this goal as the semester goes on. (20%)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I came into this goal without a super clear understanding of how to evaluate texts and write in a scholarly way. I was never good at writing papers but through my reflections in this course. I am able to make revisions to show how I have improved my writing over time. This project in particular was for me and my partner create a short video of us being tour guides. I am still wanting to get better at this goal because I haven&#8217;t gotten a lot of practice with this goal as much as the other goals I&#8217;ve had at this point in the semester.  Looking forward to getting more experience in this goal as the semester has gone on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here I am again, with only one more week left in the semester. I got to work on this goal of mine a lot throughout the last few weeks especially. Down below I have attached one of my group projects that I am really proud of. I believe it shows how passionate all of us who was working on this project.
