My Major
I plan to major in Computer Engineering with a minor in computer science, math, and cybersecurity.
My Career Interest
When I was younger, I always had an interest in building things and figuring out how they work. I fell in love with computers at the age of 8 when I was able to tour an engineering building. I soon realized while researching my career that not many people in the field look like me. I realized I wanted to show people that others who look like me that they can accomplish anything, because I’m going to do it. I will advocate for others who voices are not as strong and push to make a mark in the world and smiling as I do it.
Courses Completed
IE 106- Was one of my more difficult classes because of the wide variety of things that I was learning in a short period of time. it also had many group projects. It taught me about many fields of engineering and made me even more excited to dive deep into mine.
Future Courses
CS140
I’m excited for computer science since I have experience in the matter. I have done some programming before, but it is also not my favorite subject. I hope I enjoy the material and prosper in the subject.
