First-Week Introduction<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My goal is to improve as a student and group partner. I want to use this class to look over my achievements and how I can bring them in my future endeavors. I want to summarize my two years in CODES as a product of the amazing opportunities I have received during my duration of the class.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Midterm Introduction<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During this semester I have had a lot of unexpected problems that I had to conquer. There were a lot of solutions and questions I had to answer while going through a high stress scenario. I have learned a lot of me as a person and student. Going through a time of \u201cnot knowing what my next move will be\u201d situations has caused me to gain a new mentality of allowing myself to breathe and living in the moment. It also has allowed me to gain the ability to speak up for the better part of my project in CODES.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Final Introduction<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This semester has been filled with challenges, and it has changed my work ethic in many ways. I have had to learn how to change my ethic from working in groups to becoming solo. To be not only a good teammate to others but to myself and the community I am working with. I am satisfied with all that I have accomplished this semester. I believe my turn around has been great and that I turned a confused situation into a great solution and product,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this post to Tower Grove East, I clearly communicate the information I would need from respondents. I used examples to more effectively get my message across to readers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I reached out to Hilderbrandt to perfect my response to Tower Grove East residents to make sure my post was the efficient it could possibly be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In my survey I received a passing grade from the review bot. This shows my survey is accessible through multiple devices and my questions are clear and efficient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this email to Hilderbrandt I asked a question about the reflection to give myself the ability to truly answer the question at hand. I did this to ensure my reflection can be as efficient as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I spoke to Hildebrandt about my want to pivot my project. In this conversation I was able to convey my previous frustrations with my project. This shows I was able to make my ideas straightforward enough for Hildebrandt to understand and assist me in my mission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To prepare myself for my presentation I added speaker notes to feel better prepared in the moment. This has allowed me to feel less nervous during the presentation, increasing the enjoyability to present and an easier watch.  This shows my effort to increase my audience interest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this post I wrote to Tower Grove East to receive additional information on living conditions in the area. In my writing I made sure to give examples of problems to clarify my needs. This makes my written communication more understandable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I reached out to Dr. Hilderbrandt to improve my post to the community of Tower Grove East. I took the critics I was given to improve my written communication to receive the best input. This shows some of the actions I took to improve my writing ability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this post to the Tower Grove East community. I reached out to receive more data from participants to further my project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this slide I showed my final analysis of my survey. I used this result to send my findings to the forestry division of St. Louis furthering my mission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I created a survey to gain quantitative data to send to the community and the forestry department to further the reach of my project with the results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was able to share my data with the forestry division to further the impact of my data. I told  the division ways they could improve their service with the outcomes of the survey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In my reflection I informed Hilderbrandt of multiple solutions to a big issue I faced with having little to no results from previous endeavors in CODES. I investigated multiple solutions for the best outcomes of my new solo adventure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this email it was the result of me talking to Hildebrandt about multiple solutions being communicated to Dr. Despain. In it we made a final decision about my solutions for working with Tower Grove East.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After coming up with multiple of ideas for Tower Grove East I end on the idea of creating a survey for tower grove east. After analyzing all the data, I sent it over to Forestry Division to figure out solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
