In the future I am wanting to do something in the criminal justice field. Lately I have been thinking about State Police Investigation, but that is not 100% certain right now what I want to do. I am majoring in criminal justice and minoring in sociology. My major will give me more information on how the criminal justice system works and I am also hoping that my sociology minor will help me understand criminal behavior more in depth. At first I was going to major in psychology but I soon realized I was more interested in the social part of criminals rather than just them. I have taken two criminal justice classes that have introduced me to the criminal system and criminal corrections. I took a psychology class to learn the basics of how the brain works and processes information generally and while on drugs. In the Future I am taking more in depth classes for criminal justice such as Introduction to Law Enforcement and Principles of Criminal Law. I am also trying out a Spanish class to see if I want to change to a Spanish minor.
