My name is Payton Plummer and I am a Sophomore this year at SIUE. I am currently pursuing a major in Business Administration with a focus in Data Analytics &amp; Mathematics. I am very invested in current events and I love numbers. I would love to find a career that can merge both of these passions, but I am still searching. I am one of the CODES Ambassadors! I also enjoy trying new food, shopping, and overall, being in the city. In order for my bank account to keep up with my shopping addiction, I work at Texas Roadhouse as a server and manager. In CODES, I am working to combat the water equity crisis along the Southern American Bottom, representing underserved communities and ensuring they have clean water access.
