Introduction<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Sem 2: as this is the second semester, I feel I am still learning a whole lot about CODES. I have had fun working with my classmates to work towards a solution for the problem we have been faced with. Of course something this big doesn’t come with out struggle but it is a great learning opportunity. So far I think I have been doing well at is getting my work in on time and successfully doing it properly. I want to continue learning all I can to succeed more in CODES as a program. Currently I am still learning what that is but I think I’ll learn what that is eventually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sem 2 part 2: I have learned a lot the rest of this semester. But this last month was pretty stressful. I learned that teamwork is hard and there can be arguments between group members. which makes it more difficult to work together on a project that requires it. I think I’m doing well making sure that my work is done, I haven’t had issue with turning it in. I want to learn how to better figure out how to work with people when things aren’t going right. Currently I am just happy the semester is over and I have a break.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Goal 1 (20%)<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1c. Tailors communication strategies to effectively listen, express, and adapt to others to establish relationships both in person and online. <\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What demonstrates my ability to communicate and listen in person and online is through the process of making the survey. As it requires teamwork to work and needs everyone to work together, and this allows us to learn about each other and become better friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Part 2: This shows how me and my group were able to communicate with the people from MOBOT. So we could finally get answers to our questions after our survey didn’t go well. This shows how we were able to work together to solve the problem of only having 1 answer to our survey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5b. Accesses information using effective, well-designed search strategies and appropriate sources. <\/mark><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

This demonstrates how I am able to find sources with a partner and share them with others. These sources came from the Lovejoy website and using google scholar. It shows that I am able to find useful sources on other website than just google by itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Part 2: This demonstrates my ability to find and uses sources provided. Also that I can analyze something more than just text. Of course a video is a little more challenging since the words aren’t written out. But I think I did pretty well when using it for my assignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This demonstrates how I am able to properly share my assignments on time before the class. I think I could be a bit better instead of just working on it a few hours before class. But I am a bad procrastinator so I think it’s good that I at least get it on time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Part 2: This shows how I am able to turn in something that was really important in. As the video was turned in on time and hours before the deadline for it before a person from my group deleted my version and uploaded theirs. I think there could have been better communication between us to negate this problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This demonstrates how I am able to analyze sources, and also present them to others. I will likely have a better example at the end of the semester, but as of right now this is the only thing I have presented recently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
