This includes identifying barriers to access and designing initiatives to promote inclusivity and diversity. We believe in the power of mentorship to unlock potential and facilitate growth. Our mission is to connect individuals in the Alton community with experienced mentors who can guide and support them in achieving their personal and professional goals. We welcome students of all ages but our current focus is teens 13-17 our goal is to help navigate your journey to success.
