In our research teams we’ve learned to communticate with each other, and with others. We’ve determined the mission and made a plan to execute it. Along the way we’ve built a bond, explored alton and learned about each others cultures. This team has become a family, one I am extremely greatful for. Over the past 2 years we have faced hardships as far as what direction we’d like to go but in the end we always come to a solutiion. Mentoring has had to be the most challenging thing we’ve done due to the passionate nature of the subject. We all had differnt ways of mentoring but our goal was to align our way of thinking while still being able to be unique which I think we accomplished. Each week we mentored we apponited someone to lead the group activities which enabled us to thrive in our diffrent leadership style. We took the research we did in CODE 220 pertaining to mentoring and combined it with our activites in hopes of good retention rates which we deemed successful as far as factors we could control.
