To be mentors, we need to be good friends and know how to deal with stress…

What stresses you out?

What makes a good friend?

Something that stresses me out is usually school and other people because I tend to be a control freak which I am working on.  To be a good friend it all varies on the person because some people need more than others and some people simply dont need that much. Personally for my friends and I we need space and communication we all love each other dearly and know that we all have persoanl lives and things going on. What makes our bonds great is our understanding for eachother and our patience and communication skills.  The picture I attached is my puppy who has an odd way of surprisingly soothing me by being cute.

Reflection on the interview:

I appreciated seeing proof of the dedication to openness and accountability throughout the interview. They were honest about their accomplishments and failings and willing to talk about the difficulties they encountered in their jobs. They also demonstrated how they interacted with the neighborhood to promote cooperation and establish trust.

Our interviewees’ capacity to motivate others to take action is a crucial trait. They had a strong sense of purpose in their job and could convey that to others. Additionally, he was able to honor the efforts of others and encourage community members to assume leadership positions on their own.
