My name is Troy Shaffer, I have lived in the Edwardsville area my entire life. I have moved around a little bit, now living in Wood River and Granite City. It gets me through the day and I will have music playing every chance I get. With that, I like to collect records and CDs (also the occasional cassette). Some other hobbies I participate in is hiking, volleyball (for fun), and watching movies. I have always loved the idea of being a teacher, I want to be able to help people on the daily. I have always loved reading and writing so teaching English is something I am very excited about.
