Dissemination plan

3. It’s important for my work to be shared because I researched specific amphibians and species in southern Illinois, and sharing this information helps make sure they won’t be negatively affected by the design. The value I bring is that my research is easy to understand and highlights important details, which can help younger CODES scholars see why this part of the project matters and how it fits into the bigger picture. By sharing my findings, I’m helping the team make informed decisions and protecting the environment at the same time.

5. The working practices I’m going to follow involve working closely with my partners. Part of that is making sure we’re all on the same page knowing what each of us is responsible for and making sure everyone is doing their part. Communication is really important, so I’ll make sure we check in with each other regularly, share updates, and help each other out if someone is stuck. Working together like this makes it easier to stay organized, deal with problems as a team, and make sure that everyone’s contribution actually helps the project succeed.
