Being able to cooperate with people we are working with and making an effort to include things like culture and ideas into our work.
I chose this one because it’s important to reassure our community partners and the community we are working with that we are here to help and collaborate with them and not take over. That means making an effort to include their culture, ideas, etc.
Ethical Reasoning 3b
Recognizing wicked problems and the significance they hold with other issues.
I really believe that it is important to recognize problems for what they are and not dismiss them. Along with trying to come up with ways to fix them.
Intercultural knowledge and Competence 6b
Demonstrating professional and mature understanding of complex elements important to members of another culture in relation to history, values, politics, communication styles, economy, or beliefs and practices.
I chose this goal because when working with the problems we are working with you have to take a mature approach. Thinking of it from a different perspective than your own is crucial for growing. In this class especially you can’t be incompetent.

Identifying and coming up with multiple ways to solve problems
I feel like this is what this class is about and it should be something I am actively trying to work on.

Systematically analyzes assumptions to develop logical plans to solve problems
We are dealing with systematic/ wicked problems and it is important to look at and solve problems from a systematic point of view a break down the pieces to try to solve them.
