Dear Dr. Aranda, here are the ways I believe I have achieved an A in our CODE class.
- Based on (1) Civic Engagement- Connects and extends knowledge from academic study to civic engagement. I have demonstrated this with my reflections. I have connected our knowledge from the reflection and have been able to apply it to real life examples. Also, I have been able to relate our learning to my life as well.
2. Based on (5) Information Literacy- Defines the scope of research questions effectively and selects information cogently to address them. I have been able to demonstrate this through our research project and our presentation.

3. Based on (9) Problem-Solving Skills. – Identifies and evaluates multiple approaches for solving problems. I have demonstrated this through my exam. I have been able to problem solve through my written responses. (I do not have a picture of the actual exam).
4. Based on (11) Reading- Reads using appropriate lens and can engage in a continuous dialogue within and beyond a disciple or a community of leaders. I have demonstrated this through my reflections. I have been able to read Braiding Sweetgrass and talk about it within our different groups in our class.
