A quote from my grading contract, “I will do readings on thinking and reasoning, and will practice these skills in the context of the class.”

(20%) Based on 9.b: Implements solutions in a manner that address multiple contextual factors and consideration of further work needed.

I believe that this goal is in progress. As the project grows, and I conduct the interviews with questions that are leading, multifaceted, and ask questions that exist outside of the context of just “history” or “individual stories” or “current work.” Here are those questions:

Before I start this interview I’d like to ask you a couple questions about yourself. Who are you, what is your job, and why did you decide to have a career in an environmentalist field?

Would you be able to provide me with a brief history of your organization?

What are some of the current projects that you are working on, and what are some current projects that your organization is working on?

What can you say about the nature of environmentalism in Madison county? How does your organization relate to the history of it?

How is your current work shaping environmentalism in Madison county?

What can and should students do to become environmentalists and help your organizations?

Goal 4 (20%)
