Hello lovely people! My name is Payton Plummer and I am a Freshman this year at SIUE. I am currently studying Business Administration in hopes to become a project manager. I have always enjoyed working in my community and helping others. I have lived in Collinsville my entire life and absolutely love it here. I enjoy spending time with friends, family, and my 2 cats, Punkin and Miller. I started working at Texas Roadhouse as soon as I turned 16. I quickly learned the responsibility I had and that I was becoming an adult. I worked my way up over these past 3 years, starting as a Host and To-Go Specialist, and now serving and managing. I enjoy working and creating good relationships with my coworkers, who are now some of my closest friends.
