My interactions with my group is what helps us succeed in every assignment. Giving each other feedback is so valuable and helps us write effectively and efficiently. Giving each other our thoughts and comments is what allows us to see ideas from different perspectives and view points.

Receiving feedback and information from our community partners help us figure out what direction we need to go in. Whenever we check in with them we provide our community partners with updates and any questions that we have for them. They let us know their ideas and guide us in the direction that we need to go in order to reach the end goal. One thing that I have learned from my community partners is that hands on work, and finding ways to keep the audience engaged is very crucial.

The guidance from Dr. Hildebrandt and other faculty help shape our work and provide us with ways to work efficiently. This advice and feedback allows us to think about the purpose of our work more deeply and how we as a group can put in this work to really make something impactful My group and I will continue to utilize all of the advice and feedback we get and continue to put it in our work. The one thing that helps our group the most is working together to tackle a section at a time, and giving each other comments on our work or whenever we feel stuck. These skills that I am learning in this class not only are benefiting our group for this project, but these are skills I will keep and take use of in my future career path as well. These valuable set of skills will also become useful in future research and interviews I pursue.
