Reflection #2 self-assessment
I think during the visits I have been open to hearing ideas but have also been a bit nervous about the garden’s possible reaction to our project. I think our behaviors have been pretty respectful during our visits, so I think that has influenced the interactions in a good way. I think we are doing well with our idea, as in my honest opinion I think our project is going to be beneficial to the garden and will help people learn more about colonialism. I think we could work on our communication as group members. Because we have had way too many issues with it, and it is a continuous problem that could affect our project if there is a lack of good communication. As some of the members do talk and understand that when we say we are going to do something we do it, and not wait till the last minute and change things. But what we could do better with our project is possibly talk to the other members in CODES. As there seems to be multiple groups who want to do a type of scavenger hunt. We could likely bounce ideas off each other to make the best of our projects. So far, I think we have done well with our presentations, and we are going in a good direction with it. Of course, this is only an idea and there can and most likely will be changes. So, we just have to take what was said during our last visit and see what we can do with the feedback.
