Spatial Lab Reflection
I did my spatial analysis on the amount of “Starbucks” in Edwardsville. There are 5 locations in Edwardsville, two of which are their own physical stores, while the other three are smaller locations within a bigger location. There is one at target and two at SIUE, one being at the MUC (Morris University Center) and the other at Lovejoy Library. I would not say that there is spatial injustice with Starbucks in Edwardsville, as there are many options within the city. If you live on Campus, you can easily access one with a short walk. There are also 3 other locations spread across Edwardsville, so no matter where you are in Edwardsville, there is probably a Starbucks within a 10-minute drive. I honestly think that there are too many Starbucks, but we have them because they make money.
