Hello, my name is Zachary Tobias, and I am from Chicago, IL. I am currently a freshman at SIUE class of 2027 and majoring in Communications with a focus in Public Relations. I am especially interested in learning about our economy and why people make the choices they do when taking risks. Networking is such a major factor not only for Business/ PR majors but for everyday people it builds bonds and trust into other people that you meet in college and beyond. What made me choose SIUE over other schools I got accepted into was the campus environment. Being 4 hours away from home gave me a feeling of independence and self-discipline. Having a business background is critical in today’s world.
