I received the position “Director of Public Relations” within my sorority, Alpha Sigma Tau. I have gained a lot of social media and editing skills. This has helped grow my confidence with my social media usage. This has allowed me to become more tech savvy. I love having this position because I get to make our profile picture, highlight reel covers, and fliers for our philanthropies, events, and recruitment. Most importantly, I get to help show how amazing the girls are in my chapter. Before I got this position, I was worried about how to make sure our socials really displayed our chapter. However, now having this position for over 4 months, I have learned the girls themselves are what make our sorority great, not our social medias.
