The overall project is a scrolly telling style website that informs viewers on the town of Cahokia Heights and its evolving water equity crisis through story telling.
My part will be about the social aspect of living in Cahokia Heights, particularly the relationship between a landlord and tenant. The section will include images of housing listings in Cahokia that show high asking rates for rent but pictures that show low-quality living.
Images of graphs and charts from my landlord-tenant relationship survey will be in the section to show real examples of the relationship dynamics between landlords and tenants.
I intend my contribution to serve as a secondary resource for viewers. My survey data came from people who do actively rent a home in Cahokia so the information in my section can fairly give an accurate representation of what living in Cahokia can be like.
