My major is nursing. I chose nursing because I want to work in healthcare, help people, and make a difference in patients’ lives.
Career Interests:
I am interested in nursing and anesthesia. My major is important because it will give me the knowledge, clinical experience, and skills I need to reach my career goals.
My Goals:
- Oral Communication (CODES 8a): I will use organizational techniques like chunking to make my ideas clear and organized when presenting.
- Written Communication (CODES 13a): I will improve my writing by adjusting it to fit my audience, purpose, and situation.
- Skills for Lifelong Learning (CODES 7b): I will seek opportunities outside of class that help me learn more about my career interests and prepare for my future.
