Career Interests

Sales and Business Development

I enjoy starting conversations, understanding what matters to people, and helping them see the value of an opportunity.
At the SIUE Foundation, I made 300–400 calls a day and helped generate more than $10,000 in contributions.
I’m especially interested in B2B, B2C and Outside Sales.

Sales Strategy and Operations

I’m interested in improving how a team works and helping good ideas become repeatable processes.
As the first Fulfillment Coordinator, I helped build the role’s workflows and success measures, track campaign results, and adjust outreach based on response patterns.
My experience with reporting, Excel, and SQL also lets me bring data into the decisions I make.

Account Management and Customer Success

I like building relationships beyond the first conversation.
In my current role, I manage pledge follow-up, track where commitments need attention, and coordinate handoffs to help create a thoughtful experience.
I’d enjoy bringing that same communication and follow-through to long-term client relationships.

International Business Development

As a native Spanish speaker with experience studying and working across Mexican and U.S. communities.
I’m interested in helping organizations build relationships with Spanish-speaking and Latin American markets.

Post-Merger Integration and Change Management

I’m interested in how teams bring people, processes, and systems together during periods of change.
Building workflows and coordinating across departments have made me curious about helping organizations navigate transitions.

Project and Program Management

I enjoy keeping people, timelines, and details moving toward a shared goal.
Through my work at the SIUE Foundation and the CODES program, I’ve coordinated across teams and helped turn research into The History of Our Soil, a permanent exhibition at the Missouri Botanical Garden.
